Start by setting the intention for self-love and inner peace while sipping on warm traditional cacao - an elixir that fosters heart opening, deepens meditation, cleanses energy, and enhances spiritual awareness

Drum Wash~

Awaken your senses as the healing vibrations of ceremonial drums wash over your body

Yin Yoga w/Aromatherapy Adjustments +

Crystal Bowl Sound Bath~

You will be guided through a 75 minute yin and restorative yoga class offering deep, relaxing poses complemented with aromatherapy adjustments

Sound Healing Savasana~

Finally, settle into a 45-minute

Savasana. Here, tuning forks and Koshi chimes will harmonize your chakras. immersing you in a state of profound bliss.

This is a “pause” in your day for connection and healing. We will gather together inside the Sacred dream Lodge for a Heart opening Cacao Ceremony, then move into a full body sensory experience while the frame drum washes over your body and frees you of any heavy or negative energy. We then move into our somatic ecstatic dance where you’ll have the opportunity to move free-form all inhibitions and express yourself through authentic, creative and intentional movement to fully liberate yourself. Slowly we return to a calm serene atmosphere in our bodies, minds and spirits as we settle into a restorative asana such as shavasana, or whatever feels best in your own body. You will then be cleared by the beautiful healing energies of usui reiki and tuned to the frequency of love with the use of tuning forks & crystal bowl sound healing for complete serenity.
